The short answer is no you don’t need any hospital experience to work in home care. In fact, many of our caregivers come from a background in the service or the home care industry.

A caregiver’s duties can include transportation, food shopping, and meal preparation for the individual they are caring for. They may also help with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.  In-home caregivers may also help with things like doctors’ appointments and light housekeeping.
